It was just a prank bro, dynamic queue for life.
Making a queue algorithm That only dectets solo players of the same ranked is more complicated than you make it sound also it has only been 1 week DQ since was reenabled. From the way the post annoceing solo queue was phased we can expect it to take a long time I'm guess 2-3 months and similarly to DQ it will need to be on pbe for about cycle or 2.
they said some stuff will come out like mid season
