Player restrictions

At the beginning of the season I got a 14 day ban, "calling people dumb or stupid and saying they were bad" At the end of my ban I was informed that I might be eligible for ranked rewards when I asked TWO riot employees. I'm not eligible for any rewards which is fine i guess.. My question however is would it be possible to remove the feature that tells me I'm not eligible every time my teammate or me gets an S ranking. I can ignore it most of the time and i doubt ill get any sympathy but it's not really motivating to punish a human and then after the punishment throw it in their faces they dont get cake and have to watch everybody eat it too.
