Why do people hate on Blizzard because they're so successful?

I hate blizzzard because their customer service sucks.

^ It definitely does, although I by no means hate Blizzard. They have my two favorite franchises (Diablo and Starcraft) but seriously their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with

I've never had to deal with Blizz's customer service, although I've been called a fanboy for how often I stand up for them. (As I type this, I'm taking a forum break while farming lion's landing commissions in WoW)

Personally I see people probably feeling ashamed that they've put so much into the company's games themselves, trying to put as much space and hatred between them that they can.

I like Hearthstone......... I like Hearthstone

Because my nostalgia glasses make me like the old games and the new games are a little different so therefore Blizzard has failed in recent years.
