He's so medicated he thinks he can walk through walls. Reminds me of a movie about a guy who signed up to test drugs for a company and began hallucinating that he had super powers, one of which was the power to run through walls.

When in truth he really hit the wall, fell on the floor, then got up and wipe the blood from his nose saying, "It does seem to take it's toll on the body."
