Countless times things where someone calls "only mid" or something like that and if they don't get it they just pick it anyway and you end up with like duo mid or something.

Could you screenshot that send it to riot and the person get punished?

Potentially, yes. If you didn't dodge, report them post game and describe what they did. The chat is logged.

If someone dodged, you'd need to send in a ticket to Support.
