Something needs to be done about the "LP generator" sites

getting real sick of logging in every day to have a couple freinds requests that just end up being an ad for a LP, RP, or IP generator. youve been developing league for over 5 years now. why is your reporting system still terrible? people get away with this because apparently the only thing you guys deem reportable are things that happen in game (most of which nothing happens to those players anyway). the reporting system needs a serious overhaul. There was never a reason to have the "unskilled" report especially when Riot themselves have said that theres no consequence for it... ok then why is it there? plus there are plenty of other things that are reportable outside of game. if another player is harrasing you in a private message wat are you supposed to do? we arent allowed to post reports on the forums. wanna know part of the reason NA servers a so bad? they know they can get away with watever they want because its so rare that anyone actually gets in trouble for anything. and when they do its so minor it doesnt even matter. 5 years riot..... 5 years. get your game together. there are simple solutions that no one is thinking about
