support looking to join a serious ranked team

Hey everyone. im looking to join a ranked 5's team thats going to be serious about practicing regularly and eventually go for tournaments. i would prefer it be a team thats already fairly established that way i dont need to worry about people not playing after a month (which always happens)

im a support main with 4 years experience. i own all but 14 champs, so im able to make trades. i can play any of the supports, need some work with janna and alistar right now. Prefered picks right now are morg, leona, thresh, nami, sona in no particular order.

i need a team that will be practicing in the morning- early noon hours. i work starting at 4-6PM EST depending on my schedule for the week (i will always work friday and saturday)
