Riot: Needs To Make Those Who Don't Honor Pick Order In Draft or Call Order in Blind, Bannable

Why isn't this a thing? You can't say that this is too much regulation or too strict because you already punish people for even displaying negative free speech so. Why is this not a bannable offense.

Really should just be able to ban trolls like this Riot. You get upset at people who rage or DDOS players or just quit the game altogether but you allow people like this to play the game. I guess that's a problem with a game that has so much strict guidelines and takes a game more seriously than most other companies ever do, when your game is rated age 12 and up. Expceting such strict guidelines in a community with 12 year olds doesn't work and doesn't make sense. Corrupt and inefficient.
