just how is this game fun for anyone anymore? people that rage quit in normals just need to be perma banned. this just doesnt add up anymore. this game has no fairness in any of its gamemodes. every single game mode has trolls afks and intent feeders and nothing has been done to stop them. its so abusable that i could become an intent feeder and it would take about a year for me to be banned while someone who has the occasional slip of the tongue gets a chat restrict within a month.

Are you actually reporting them? Are they continuing to do this? Is it actually intentional, or is it just one? So many questions that can't be simpled answered. There is so many factors especially when people have different definitions for terms like until all feeding, and trolling. But the main factor is that people don't actually report people. They think other people will do it for them, or that Riot somehow knows when people troll. They just jump right into their next game and forget about it.
