Why I Cant Climb
1st game In B3 with 0 lp I get a 7/12 xin,4/11 yasuo,3/6 yorick While im 12/4 as vayne and thresh is a respectable 0/9/12.

you are playing vayne in bottom of the barrel elo. that kinda screams your team isnt going to give you the support you need to carry. one hard cc on vayne and she blows up.
0-9-12 is not respectable. Granted the rest of their team was fed as fuck but that's still kinda bad for a support score. You were the only one that did well and judging by what you state their scores were you prolly just came in and cleaned up rather than carrying as you seem to suggest.
how much pressure did you put on with your "lead", did you focus objectives or run around with your thumb in your ass until someone got caught out, are you contesting objectives or just letting them fall so you can farm a bit more?
ask yourself what you are doing right and wrong and dont focus on what your allies are doing wrong improve yourself and you will climb
Dunno about that, once I got my thoughts together I climbed out of Silver 3 and into Gold 4 pretty easily, with a 15+ winstreak too. It's all about helping teammates get as ahead as you are.
Coming from a gold 3, those people dont go away.
