Does the re-release of Championship Thresh suggest we won't see Championship Riven?

So The TPA, SKT, and Championship Thresh Skin were re-added to the store recently, but Championship Riven remains unavailable for another year. I understand that a year ago the skin was only a year old and according to riot, it did not make much sense for them to release it from the limited edition set of skins, but now another year has passed, putting the skin at the age of some of the Harrowing and Christmas skins that were re-released last year.

So I have to ask if riot would even consider re-releasing it this year, or if it will be locked away with the likes of riot singed to be released in some indeterminate future time.
