I started playing H&S and getting instantly permabanned

Without explanation. I never switch sides Im fine with being seeker equally as hider idk why I get banned in litterally 90% of matches. Usually banning starts, somebody quits because they didnt want seeker and I get banned. Idk if Im missing rules or something but I know Eve, Teemo, shaco are usually permabanned
