Where to post ideas?
It's more like a suggestion to add a requirement to enter into Ranked for the first time on your account. What board would one post such an idea to?

jk probably this one, I think reds occasionally look through all the forums.
But we already have a requirement to play about 300 games before someone can enter ranked in the form of the leveling system.
