Question about performance

I hope this is in the right area,

but recently i purchased a new laptop (i7 core 1.60 ghz) amd mobility radeon hd 5800 series) and was looking at purchasing my own internet as well and was wondering wht is a good upspeed and mbps to use. right now im looking at the at&t uverse max which has 6.1 Mbps - 12 Mbps and upload speed of 512 Kbps - 1.5 Mbps will that be good to play league at a full 60 fps with high graphics and performing?
