Dear rito: is it possible to make eves E be able to proc on turrets or inhibs kind of like how trundles Q does?

It's not an AA modifier: It just applies on-hit effects. It's not like Trundle's Q at all.
So you want to give the character whose defining trait is sneaking around the ability to backdoor?
