Another champion i had an idea for.

The Stranger!!

Q.) The stare - You stare at your opponent, and they get creeped out for 5 sec.

W.) The Order - After you stare, your Ap builds over time and the restraining order against you drops.

E.) Never Learn - When you hit E your creepiness lvl skyrockets and the police show up and take you away.

R.) Your Old - You have spent so much time behind bars you are old. So your ult is your old and who wants to beat up an old person.

(Still working on his build.)

Starting items are - (Old camaro) Then build a (social media site to follow that one person) Finish with (Warm clothes so you don't get cold when you click QQ)

Also thinking of a update soon to fix his ult. Maybe go with R.) When you ult you hold your paperwork up that says you have to stay 300 feet away, so people back up and stay away.
