Does Windspeakers Blessing work on Morganas black shield?
Does anybody know? because if it doesn't i should change my morg supp masteries lol

Yes it does, and I think it's worth it. It strengthens the shield and gives your ally resistances for a few seconds. That can come in handy in a team fight or in a pinch.
