Riot, Illaoi needs changes.

I think her E needs to be scrapped and completely reworked. It has such a high punishment for getting hit by it and there is no counterplay to it besides dodging it. It makes laning extremely unfun and seems like there is nothing you can do. Her ultimate is also a problem, It is nearly impossible to gank her post- six because her ultimate does so much damage and heals her for so much, I tell my junglers not to gank because I know she will at least kill one person or both of us.
