Lets Get Some Working Item Sets.

Item sets can be so useful, unless they don't work at all. Every time there is an update to LOL It will just reset my item sets. Is this a prob for many people or just me. If it is a prob for many people why has this not been deleted or fixed?

Normally, I just leave the standard recommended items on. If I need something different, I'll just look it up in the store.
