Anyone know of a test with win rates for Using Flash vs. Not having Flash?

It's for my math project. I know about Riot's D vs F statistics but I'm looking more specifically just these two scenarios. I'd really appreciate the help.

Riot made a huge data article on flash. Who takes it where, what elos run it, if its on D or F and many other stats. Just look it up it maybe can out 2 months ago.

I doubt they have this info because unlike the F vs D thing they did, that study was universal across all champs while the success of using flash vs not using flash would be heavily determined by each champion (ex. Shaco or Shen can go without flash while almost all ADC's must have it).

But I would be interested to see what the data would show too! What kind of math class is it? You could do a small sample size by using some of the 3rd party sites like Mobafire and OP GG to find people that use flash and dont use flash for each champ and record the data and do calculations. A little tedious, but possible.

Your best bet would be to look into the Riot API to find your data, but it would require some custom programming on your part: https://developer.riotgames.com/
