How to fight against HeimerDinger?
I'm a relatively new player and I have no idea how to deal with him. I can usually best him early game but mid-game becomes a nightmare when his turrets start doing more damage to me :( Any suggestions?

Pick Zed. Or Syndra. Or Xerath or Ziggs. . . . Try to freeze or push lane and destroy the turrets he puts down right away. Taking a little bit of damage is fine, if he gets up multiple turrets you can't do anything. Heimer's a pain in the ass to lane against. Try to dodge his grenades. If he uses ult-turret just run the f*** away until it dies.
Try to keep his turrets dead and don't let him setup. If he is just constantly shoving you into tower try to gank another lane. Heimer is really bad at roaming so if you can get the other lanes fed it won't matter what happens between you and heimer.
Try to get the jungler to cover mid for a bit when you gank a lane.
Yah, Heimer is a pain to deal with if he's played well. You want to try to kill his towers whenever he puts them down. He has to build up charges to lay them, so if you kill them quickly he's at a disadvantage. His goal is to bait you into turret range and then stun you and kite while his turrets blow you up. Just like a Teemo, don't get baited into chasing him into an unwarded bush. He's likely got a couple turrets in there just waiting to hammer on you.
His turrets will prioritize anyone that attacks him in range and then fire their bolts whenever they charge up. His ult can do either a line stun grenade (bounces multiple times), rocket barrage, or super turret. If he lays down the super turret, it only lasts for 10 seconds or so, so just run out of range if he lays it early.
As stated, Heimer outside of turrets is super weak, so he's not much of a roaming threat. He can take your tower quickly though if he has turret charges built up. Mages like Syndra and Ziggs mentioned earlier can clear his turrets from outside their range so they work well against him. Watch out once he's built a Zhonyas as well since now he can bait you pretty hard and essentially dodge Syndra/Ziggs ult if he times it right.
and win lane. With the range you can safely poke him and his turrets down then get your stun off and blow him up.
