what do you think of the riotchatbot? Is it functioning as designed? banning the extreme spammers and SCAM links effectively?

From personal experiences, the riotchatbot might be banning a few spammers now and then... but not as effectively as designed... and it wrongfully ban summoners from typing a certain key words like "cup" "cutest" etc etc... which is stupid.
