But the loss is because of "your attitude."

So teammates are sucking the whole game and you finally call them out as the enemy team pushes down inhib with baron... but your attitude somehow reached into the past and put you guys in that position.

And that's where YOU fucked up.

You do not call people out. If you really know what they're doing wrong, be nice about it. Try to help them. Don't call them out or belittle them for being a possibly worse player than you.

A positive attitude is far more likely to help a team win.

Suck their dicks and maybe they'll smarten up. That is really all there is to it. I can't even count the times I've said "good job" or "great play" to someone for a mere firstblood or killing someone and it's helped them stay positive and continue to play well.

Be the link that tries to hold together a team and you will have far more success. Of course, it won't always work because there are some pretty rotten apples on this game but you should still always try.

Attitude doesn't do shit to how you play. People just blame it on that because they don't want to deal with the fact that they suck and dont want to accept it. Instead they go crying "this guy is toxic, report him". grow a pair, people

Why?

It's a team game. Team spirit and team work are very tangible, realistic benefits to have. Knowing how to synergize and coordinate with allies is an invaluable asset to have. Being a spartan that shields the man to your left and all that.

trying to punish people you need to work with will pretty much always result in them not working with you, as well as reducing the likelihood your team can work together as a unit while killing your moral at in one go.

Winning a game from a serious disadvantage is quite possible, but big turnarounds pretty much always require your team being willing to work together.

In team sports like Soccer, Basketball, Football, and LoL a team that's practiced together can easily mop the floor with a team of randomly assembled individuals. Same thing with military units.

But the loss is because of "your attitude."

It's certainly not helping your chances of winning, you're mostly sealing your team's fate by evoking attitude.
