Okay so I'm a little confused about the new championship riven are there two seperate skins? and do previouse owners just get a loading screen? And about the crown

Anyone who already has CS Riven (right now) will get a loading screen splash border and their skin will be a little different (crown and Ult particles). Anyone who buys it from the store when it comes back out will not get the special border and they'll have the standard skin.

So will it look like two different skins they can pick between? Like, "S2 Championship Riven" and "S6 Championship Riven" or something?

Probably. If I had to guess, it would work like chroma skins

Ah right, CS Riven and CS Riven 2016 being separate skins.
