"Punishment System"

Alright so I am here because of a very obvious and aggravating problem with your extremely faulty punishment system. There is not much that makes me angry. In fact I'm a pretty laid back person in the real world. However, I have an immense problem with Riot Games, as a company.

I'll start off by saying that I love the game. It's definitely a fun game. So much strategy, skill, and thought and balance throughout the game. It has so much potential. However I am willing to call Riot Games the worst company of all time. I know its a bold statement, but it has good reason. I am a man that's been verbally harassed nearly every game that I've ever played by not 1 or 2 people per game but usually an entire team on both sides. Because of 1 person having a problem with not getting the buff they wanted or whatever bullshit reason they somehow whine, bitch, and moan until they get the other 8 lemmings to agree with them. Now I have no problem dealing with people that have shit personalities. I am a member of the US military and I deal with it on the daily. The problem I have is being insulted and harassed the entire game, then that SAME person who doesn't have a chat restriction says over all chat "Can you report _____ for being toxic blah blah salt". Something along those lines. Then I get told by Riot Games that I am a toxic person and do not have the RIGHT to speak in game and do not have the RIGHT to play in a ranked game not because of anything skill based, or ruining a game or something maybe somewhat logical, but because "you are toxic". Don't even bother emailing riot because they'll send you some bullshit email saying how we've reviewed how many people reported your account and you were found to be breaking the summoners code, (which all conflicts with your unalienable rights given to your at birth, but of course that doesn't matter). This system is ultimately outrageously flawed and needs, not looking into, but immediate fixing. I am willing to help, but of course you'd probably want a "professional" to help instead of somebody who experiences all the games pros and cons on a daily bases.

Now I may seem just like another pissed off critic, which is partially true. I am pissed off, but not a critic. I am pissed off because a game that I love is being ran by a company that is promoting awesome things like LoL teams in schools and LCS, is being ran into the ground to where I could legitimately call Riot Games the worst company of all time.

I have three special requests for this post please. I know this community is really toxic and mostly has a lot to say especially on the forums but please hear me out:

1. Please respond by stating your opinion in a somewhat respectable manner. I am looking for a solution, not a problem.
2. (To Riot employees) : I am respectfully requesting to speak with somebody with high authority over decisions made in the punishment system, possibly over Skype or some form of direct contact. I am here to help not to create problems.
3. Put yourselves in somebody else's shoes(Like maybe the person you're harassing).
