Toxic Community with Terrible Riot Staff supporting it

So I was just harassed by 2 players on my team from start to finish. One was just a rager and the other didn't know what he was talking about (trying to blame me mid losing, while I was top, because he thought I was mid.) I asked the other team to report the rager and like any 12 year old little group of boys in LoL, three of them just said "No I'm going to report you" and then continued to harass me.

This lasted the entire game where I hardly was "combative" I read every line that I was reported for, however still came to the conclusion that it wasn't even close to warrant for chat restriction. This is abuse by staff and I'd like to recommend if a staff member would put their name on whatever report they file so we can report them to your system for review. Because if you are supporting the toxic community, it makes sense why its still been that way since the beginning of the creation of tribunal and hasn't changed. The community itself is filled with idiots, so if you're leaving it up to amount of reports rather than actual rule breaking, then that indeed is why you are just as dumb as they are. In order for you to change that you need to be self aware that you SHOULD have a higher level of professionalism and decision making when reviewing a case.
