Riot, please update the Store.

Since I've started playing in season two, there have been almost little to no updates to the shop. As one of the most important features of the game outside of gameplay, this is pretty ridiculous. The current shop is clunky, unresponsive, and as far as intuitive as can be. Whatever platform it's running on NEEDS to be replaced.

Suggestions for improvement:

1. Bring the appearance in line with the new Launcher UI The new launcher is streamlined and gorgeous. It's got a beautiful crisp, modern look. Roundness is good when applied correctly. The way it's used currently is bland and outdated. No offense to the original designer(s), you did wonderful work for the time.

2. Launch the shop on a different platform I'm not sure what is being used currently, but it feels like internet explorer, or a generic android browser. It's very slow and buggy, not to mention how often it's down completely. It also refreshes every time you open it up.

3. Allow for the store to hold position In addition to what I said above, allow for the store to remain open when in a party. It is SO annoying when you're in a group and people either have to wait on you to finish shopping, or you have to wait on them, or the queue starts and you get kicked out of what you were doing.

4. Allow for using the store while in champion select It was nice that we were finally able to buy skins while in champion select, but not all of them show up, and sometimes it's not a skin you're after, but a champion, ward, rune, icon, etc. And it is REALLY aggravating when you're counting on it.
