Riot wont delete accounts when you ask

It has been over 30 hrs from when i asked to have my account deleted. I just checked on my status and it says there was activity on it 5 hours ago but not by me. And no information was on my ticket as to what the activity was, but that means my ticket gets bumped WTF is going on with this company.
