Ryze Runes and Masteries

In the case that I actually have to go top lane, or just want to play Ryze mid lane, what runes and masteries should I run? Right now, I have 1 Movespeed Quint and 2 Mana Quints with Armor Yellows, Hybrid Reds, and Mana Blues. My masteries are in the pic.

What runes and masteries do you use, and what should I change about my setup?
