Next Heart Seeker skin?

If nobody knows the theme of heart seeker its champions with a bow or cross bow. Vayne, Ashe and Varus all have one. Now let's take a look at possible candidates.

Quinn.

I think it's most likely that she'll get it. Either having a dove valor or a skin where she herself has wings and flies around the map.

Kindred.

Newly released, it's possible they could get it, maybe wolf could be a dove? Human lamb? Could work.

Twitch.

The most unlikely champion, I don't see it fitting the theme but maybe?

Ezreal.

Technically he has an ethereal crossbow but to be completely honest if he got it I'd actually be so disappointed. He doesn't need anymore skins.
