Woad Scout Quinn has an updated sound effect for ult, why not Phoenix?

Just tell me (and I'd love to know how you know), what sound does a phoenix make? Because the second riot gets one, I want it.

I do believe it is because the skin never had alternate sound effects.

That would be nice. Just add in an updated arrow for her autos and maybe a new harrier mark and I will make another account just to buy it again.
