the app that i see players use to watch them see replay of how they died...
isnt that a 3rd party program that would give you an advantege? you can get exact timers on everything, see what people used, and overall gives a huge advantage.

ya prob... but as you might have noticed the rules are selectively enforced.... some people are punished some are not, no one much agrees for what, and they keep things open and vague
I think the issue with that is that it's information you already have, just made clearer. You can see what abilities were used on you. You saw them hit you, damage numbers etc. It does nothing that a player didn't already have access to. Also it's information riot has no problem letting players see in theory, even though their death recap is just about the worst thing in the game and pretty much untouched aside from visually despite it being so important to determine how to itemize. It's comparable to the jungle timers becoming just a part of the game's UI.
