Max amount of runes.

So I've played league of legends for the past 5 years. Played thousands of games, and while playing normal / ranked games it was fun setting up a few goals, 1000 normal wins, all champion, all runes etc. I set some personal goals too that were rare such as a skin for each champion. I understood the rule of 20 rune pages, it made sense to me, it provided an advantage and it would get out of hand if people had hundreds, but i was buying every rune, i FINALLY got to a point where i had gotten all runes as well as champions, well tier 3, then when i was buying my tier 1 runes, this popped up. Max amount of runes reached, and i wanted to know if there was a reason for it. For old players like myself its fun setting goals that cant be easily attained in the game ( Other thank rank related as those are quite common) , we cant do anything with IP anymore! Please let us at least achieve this goal, It doesnt hurt anyone, and the runes are there to be bought, Please remove the cap, It doesnt make sense.
