Soraka bot is bugged

We were playing a 3v3 bot game, with me my friend and soraka bot, when soraka bot was chased by brand, she would randomly stop moving, she would tank minions, then stop, and ult and stand still, she only responded when enemies found her when we made them chase us. The enemy team was, Brand, Caitlyn, Fiddlesticks.
