Runes Refund Suggestion

Hi all, first off, I want to say that I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this sort of thing, hopefully Rito will figure it out and lend a hand.

Secondly and more importantly, I have a suggestion that I suspect may already have been around in one form or another. I suggest that adding the option to refund, even if only a percentage of IP back for unused, unwanted runes, to be available (unlimited use rather than limited like big refunds).

I propose allowing us to be able to refund for around 25-30% of the IP cost for runes that we wish to turn in. I myself didn't learn about proper rune management until I already tried to buy piles upon piles of runes that would turn out to be major wastes of IP, which I further suspect to be the same hole that many, if not all new players find themselves falling into.

I would greatly appreciate seeing something like this to bring at least some relief to everyone that found themselves in the same situation that I found myself in. Thanks a ton, let me know what you guys think!

Tier 1 and 2 runes are honestly so cheap IP-wise that it wouldn't even be worth refunding them.

If you have Tier 1/2 runes of a given type, though, a Tier 3 rune of the same type should have their combined cost reduced from it and eliminate them from your rune pool when purchased.

For example, let's say you have three T1 AD reds and two T2 AD reds. If I purchase a T3 AD red, it should cost 40 IP less and eliminate one each of the T1 and T2 AD reds from my stock. This way the IP from the earlier runes isn't "wasted" and it keeps unneeded lower-tier runes from cluttering up your stock.

(Those special event runes they used to give out would be excluded from this, since they're collector's items.)
