"AFK Check" is really starting to get on my nerves.

This has happened way too many times to me and other people in the game. I look away for a second and then suddenly I've been kicked for not locking in my ban and have to wait 30 minutes to play? Really? Why can't the ban just go to somebody else in the lobby, or why can't league POP UP ON MY SCREEN like it does when I'm choosing a champion? Seriously, if you guys can make it pop up for Champion SELECT, you can make it pop up for the BAN. This is so frustrating honestly. Not to mention, why are there even timeouts for this? There are not people running around and just dodging 40 games in a row for the troll effect. Trolls go into games and feed or afk, not queue dodge.
