So am I going to get banned because of this?

I'm getting chat restrictions for no reason. Just today as I finally decided to actually play and not just have my client open to chat with people while playing another game, I got a 14 game restriction. I have no clue where it came from. I haven't played a game recently where I would've been toxic or otherwise rude towards other players. I've played a lot of ARAM where I had tons of fun and literally had NO reason to swear or to be toxic. That's all I've played and done this week so I wonder where I'm getting these from and if I'm eventually gonna get banned?
