On the removal of Clairty from SR

It said it was outclassed.

How? The sole purpose of clarity was for mana sustain when in-lane, the only spell that does that.

As a support or mid it is my favorite choice because it, and it alone, allowed me to build more offense in my items rather than mana-regen, and still allowed me to have that important mana-sustain that let me stay in lane.

I see no legitimate reason why it would be removed from SR whatsoever, it has its job, and it performs it without fail or flaw. It fits perfectly.

Please do not remove it.
