I keep hearing Tahm Kench's voice in the river.

I first heard it near top lane, it sounded like an evil laugh. Then I heard it early game near the bot lane, where everyone was sitting there laughing. It's kind of creepy idk if anyone else has heard anything strange but I'd like reassurance that I'm not crazy!
