ill never get out of bronze

i have never encountered as many afk and trolls in normal's as i did in 2 days of ranked. everytime im close to getting my promo i end up loosing cause the game is a 3vs5 cause top and jg is afk or rage quits "hurr durr im done report me idc" which has become a huge pain . list of all afks in last 2 days

these are just a few of them i listed and their is nothing i can do about it except except the inevitable loss of lp and report and then start all over again.

please riot do something about it. reduce the amount of lp gained/lost if the enemy or our team has a person afk(for more then 10minutes till victory or defeat) or doesnt connect at all. why should i suffer is someone else afks? i gain 19lp per win but loose 20 per defeat how is this fair?
