Constant Dc

In order to check my net status for lag i have ping google.com -t running in cmd all the time. Just played game where i kept getting disconnected Attempting to reconnect and i would check to see if it was a disconnection from my end but their was none but still i kept getting disconnected which was a major pain to dc in the middle of lane only to serve as food for the enemy. also its not my firewall settings cause i always keep them of nor my antivirus or other bull like adding the servers to your router cause i never had this issue before until today... also not even reconnecting helps. i need to restart the entire client inorder to reconnect to my game. also the game only reconnected twice. the second time being when we surrendered
