Please return the ability to view champion abilities during champion select

Champion select is boring enough as it is. The pre-ban time, ban time x 6, then select x 10 takes forever. On top of this you've already waited 5 minutes to even get into the game, and often people miss the first 2 or 3 queues and on top of all that, the ever awesome game dodge.......

It really would be nice if we actually had something to do during this time, and it's especially crucial to have some idea if your champ is AP or AD in say ARAM where you literally could get a champ you have no idea about.
