New Draft System, better than old. Not a team builder replacement... pls fix bug
I have to assume the removal of Team Builder was unintentional, hence being a bug. Last night I had one of the most amazing nights ever playing League of Legends, all thanks to Team Builder. Now, today it's gone... without a trace. I guess I didn't read well enough, because I was under the assumption that RANKED was getting a new draft system, which would logically replace the old draft normal as well. That it did, and did well. No more 4 main supports in my ranked games, no more idiots that can't play if they don't get their one role, reduced queue times (likely and assumed), and better visuals and overall draft method.
However, and I mean a big HOWEVER, what does any of that have to do with the awesomeness that is Team Builder? Honestly, I'd never have spent a dime on the game if you had never released Team Builder. I would have played my one game a day for the IP bonus and been happy with buying a new champ every 3-4 months with IP. Anyway, last night was hours of sheer enjoyment, but I suffered through agonizing hell today trying the unbearable draft pick for normals instead of using Team Builder. Compared to Team Builder, here's the crap I had to put up with:
- Queue times increased by an average of 400%
- Dodge rates increased by an average of 400%
- Not getting my primary role increased by an average of 40,000%
- Couldn't figure out how to play triple-mid, triple-bot, duo jng, duo top, or duo mid, etc etc. Heaven forbid trying or mastering alternative game play (which obviously should be encouraged and not discouraged... yawn first 6 minutes of every single game being 90% the same...)
- Umm, where did my Jng Graves vs ADC Graves game go?
- I hate blind pick, I play it once every 100 or so games.... don't make me choose between the two or the choice is you get no more $$ from me.
Look, the system will be a great success for ranked... but please for the love of all that is good in the world fix the bug preventing Team Builder games as quickly as possible. Thanks.
