Jax E vs. Nasus

Ok so i was in a game playing jax against nasus and something weird happened and i was wondering if somebody could explain.

Jax's E dodges basic attacks

Nasus's Q is a powered up basic attack

how does his Q hit through Jax's E?

also why do stuns only work about half of the time lately? are they glitched at the moment? iv noticed this a lot lately that stuns dont work.

Nasus' Q is actually an ability that uses the auto attack animation, it is not an auto attack buff. Jax's Q is an auto attack buff. That is why dodges and blinds do not stop it.
