Legitimate Discussion About Refunds

Yay for the end of Season 4, but at the same time, lots of stuff changed, for better or worse. Kassadin got nerf-hammered to the ground, along with LeBlanc (I ain't complaining), Talon. Especially Talon. Some people (namely me) enjoy champions because they learned to abuse talon's e or a specific skill and thats why they love these champions. Cassiopeia's rework didn't get much of a happy feedback because Riot changed her into a lane bully into a late game "Hyper-Scaling" apc.

After reworks, people give up certain champions because it alternates too heavily with their playstyle. Sometimes the skin they purchased for the champion is never used again. I know some have all the champions and it doesn't matter for them, but a majority of us haven't even come to unlocking half because we're so occupied with runes and finding ourselves with a lack of time. I just want Riot to give everyone a refund point to compensate for some unhappiness they may have caused with their reworks and nerfs. Discussion is welcome?
