Game Health and Certain Champions
Riot has been known to occasionally update things in the game for game health. They fixed Taric's point and click, and made it a point and hit anyway because you can't miss. They nerfed Irelia (not enough). They hotfixed Skarner. However, they have not addressed a heavy cause of a lot of rage at the game.
Champions like Teemo are NOT overpowered. Teemo is highly annoying, but he is in no way unbeatable. However, there are some champions which make the game LITERALLY UNWINNABLE. These champions are totally unfair, and are toxic to the game. Examples are:
These champions are the four that I consiider to be TRULY overpowered - literally unbeatable. Jax, especially with the new Rageblade, just needs to be reworked. Aside from small ssues like lore being outdated, Jax is seriously toxic. He has a toxic long-duration invulnerability AND AoE hard CC on his E, he has a MASSIVE nuke on his W (and it can be procced twice), He has a huge tank stat level while still oneshotting people, and his ult rounds out the constant stream of uncontrollable damage. If not a rework for his "if you don't win then farm until you do" playstyle, he at least needs some numbers tuning.
Rammus is toxic waste. For anybody who has ever played any type of AD champion against a Malphite or Teemo, it is obvious what the issue is. They are strong counters to AD champions - however, they are not unbeatable. Teemo can be played around, however irritating. Malphite only does meager damage and cc for his armor stacking. Rammus, however, gets free massive damage, armor levels past the ludicrous, and heavy CC. HE is literally unbeatable to any AD champion, as his armor protects him from 99% of the damage they can do. The worst part of his kit, though, is his inbuilt thornmail. Once a Rammus buys thornmail, AD champions will know true pain. His playstyle after this point is PURE LITERAL TOXIC WASTE. He PUNISHES AD CHAMPIONS FOR FIGHTING AT ALL. This is just cancerous to the game! He makes any AD champion LITERALLY KILL THEMSELVES JSUT FOR PLAYING THE GAME. On top of this, his absolutely massive damage and health bar make him unburstable for champions like Leblanc, and require a sustained damage mage to deal with - if they can survive his roll into DEATH. Rammus needs a total rework. There is no question. At least his Thornmail cannot continue.
Garen. It's just Garen. HP bar of over 8k, damage on E of over 1.3k, a free silence/cleanse every few seconds, and he punishes you for playing well. Think you poked him down? You won't in about ten seconds. Think you're hurting him? You won't when he presses W for a MASSIVE amount of damage reduction. This champion was unbalanced before the juggernaut rework; now it's just lucky that few people play him. He needs HEAVY numbers tuning so he can be penalized for building one way (Build tank = do no damage, Build damage = take high damage LIKE EVERYONE ELSE).
Soraka. Do I even need to say anything? I once had a test in a custom game where a friend of mine played caitlyn, another played Soraka, and I played full AD Yasuo. I stood there, casting on Caitlyn as fast as I could. What happened? Well, with a build like mine (Statikk Shiv, Hydra, Maw, BT, IE, and boots), one could expect a simple oneshot. What actually happened? I was killed within 5 seconds, sa I did 0 damage to Caitlyn. She didn't build tank. Soraka just kept her toped up with a 45% cdr spam of heals that eclipsed my crits - crits fror over 1.4k damage. This kind of healbot spam just cannot exist f this game is supposed to be healthy. Soraka needs a rework.
