Exactly why the Tribunal needs to come back

This is just getting out of hand. I just played 3 games and in all 3 was reported for being toxic. The first I was reported for getting mad at a Soraka who intentionally fed my lane 3 kills within 3 minutes. She walked up ,danced, grabbed, then blown apart by Vayne. After finally snapping, her 3 friends in the game with her said and I quote "YOU SHOULDNT BE SO RUDE TO RAKA,SHES JUST PLAYIN THE GAME HOW SHE WANTS,REPORT". The second we had 2 afks which I said to report. It was replied to with "Were just gonna report you for verbal HAHA FUCK YOU". The third we had one afk. After me carrying for sometime our blitz decides to intentionally feed. By now I was just tired of it and went off, to which Jinx replied to in all chat with "REPORT ZED PLEASE HES TOXIC". Now after all this, guess who got restricted. Yeah, me. The new system doesn't take into account what happened to provoke this behavior and doesn't punish those who don't get reported in high volumes, but when you have 4 out of 5 people queuing up together then trolling and blaming the one person to that didn't troll then reporting, that one person gets completely fucked over. This is my one conclusion about the new behavioral system. Riot please fix this NOW.
