Does Galio need a rework?
Galio has a low win rate and is just a lonely champion in general and I wanna start playing him just because of how awesome he looks. Should he get a rework?

I agree with you completely. I bought him just because I never saw him outside of a bots game. I played him, and he's actually pretty fun. He might be in need of a rework, but I wouldn't say it's required.
