How does going 0/0/21 as an Alistair support give an A+ ranking and this was the best game I ever had with Ali?

KDA isn't the only thing that goes into Grades. You need warding/destroying wards, turrets, dragons, barons, herald, difficulty of the champion... all of these things contribute to the grading system.
