Condo Ownership - Minneapolis

Anyone have experience owning a condo? Thinking of buying one downtown Minneapolis. Reason is I work downtown and would like to just walk to work. Thinking either the Skyscape or Riverwest condos. Price range about max 220k. Anyone have a condo or even better know about these Minneapolis ones? Also first time home buyer.
